Meet The Team

Cartridge World Hereford opened in June 2003 and has refilled and remanufactured many thousands of printer cartridges since we opened our doors. We have invested in the all the latest technologies for refilling ink cartridges and remanufacturing laser cartridges in order to offer the highest quality alternative to original cartridges, saving our customers tens of thousands of pounds whilst also helping the environment. In addition we offer a large range of original cartridges as well as printers.

Hugh and Alex Pattison-Appleton own and run the business, assisted by a highly trained team of technical and support staff. Marius is the senior Laser Technician, ably assisted by Pawel, whilst Anna is our senior Ink Technician and runs the ink room assisted by Tracey. Rachael is our Customer Relationship Administrator and is responsible for ensuring the happiness of our customers.

Between us all we strive to offer the best possible service to customers of any kind. From single cartridge purchases over the counter to large deliveries to businesses, our aim is to deliver a service second to none in order to keep you printing.

Whilst our prime objective is the quality of our cartridges, our ethos revolves around the environment and enabling all customers to minimize their impact upon it. Our procedures use recycling and reduction of waste wherever possible, whether it is paper reuse within the office, or combining our deliveries on a certain day in order to minimize road miles.
